"Dongfeng Auto" Exported 1500 Vehicles in Q1

Recently, Dongfeng Automobile Co. Ltd. reported that the company exported 1535 units in the first quarter, exceeded 952 units compared to the same period of 2006, an increase of 61.24%. Set a new record in "Dongfeng Auto" overseas export.
The products included light trucks and buses and were exported to Iran, Syria, Vietnam, Russia, Ukraine, Malaysia, Egypt and Algeria. There is a big potential in these markets.
In this year, the foreign department of Dongfeng set a conservative aim of 6000 units exportation to pave the way for 2008 development.
