All stars shining in Auto 2007 Shanghai

April 20 2007, The 12th International Automobile & Manufacturing Technology Exhibition began ceremoniously. This exhibition will last for 8 days. The theme is human, vehicle and nature in perfect harmony. The joined countries include America, Germany, Italy, France, Japan and China. Totally, there are more than 600 new vehicles, more than 130,000 manufacturers and more than 10 excellent truck manufacturers attending.

The area of outside platforms for commercial vehicles reached 20,000 square meters. FAW, SINOTRUK, Dongfeng, Shaanqi, Benz and Man gathered together.

Dongfeng
The platform of Dongfeng is in the Hall E2 with an area over 1000 square meters. It is the only one whose platform is inside the Hall. Dongfeng entered the Hall with the theme of ‘Dongfeng of China Dongfeng of the world.’ It shows that Dongfeng are ready to make it world famous by this exhibition.

In the exhibition, Dongfeng showed its new product Tianlong, which entered the market in May, 18, last year. After one year trial time, Tianlong has successfully passed the early times and made a good sale in March that more than one thousand trucks sold in one month. The Dongfeng products covered light truck, media truck and heavy truck. Some started to be sold abroad. It finished the adjustment of the product structure and firmed its leader status in commercial vehicle field.

Dongfeng Liuqi
Happy show. There is a 400 square meter position for Dongfeng commercial vehicle outside. The style is red meaning happiness.

They brought 3 types of new trucks. The high technical Balong 507 is an excellent product of Dongfeng Liuqi. It has European technology, Renault Engine. It is an advanced technical product which costs Dongfeng 4years to build and brings in the advanced product exploiture concept. It is equipped Renault Engine which is of the biggest horsepower and highest level. The perfect combination of Balong507 and Renault Engine is based on the Euro standard. It can compete with the imported high level trucks.

A senior official of Dongfeng said in the program of Dongfeng, Balong is set at Euro heavy truck technical platform and it aims to replace the imported high level trucks.

FAW
After the show of J6H in auto shanghai 2005, the upgraded J6 uncovered its mask in auto shanghai 2007, waiting for 2 years. The horsepower covered from 130 to 460. This is the 6th generation costing 6 year in study. It is a complete new commercial vehicle platform which is synchronous with the developing truck technology.
 J6 really incarnates the new generation and development. It is a symbol product and classic. As the J6 becomes the symbol of new heavy truck of FAW, it ends the history that FAW has no high level heavy truck.
Shaanxi Heavy Truck
Shaanqi participated in the exhibition with the visual of the golden supply chain. The specially designed alleyway makes up a chain to lookaround. Any one can easily know Shaanqi and other products of the golden supply chain entering from any entrance. And this is the biggest shining point in this exhibition. The whole place of Shaanqi not only showed its energy but also the great ambition to create an international brand.

This time, Shaanqi showed its new truck series with the symbol of Delong F3000. It is said that F3000 adopted the technology from MAN F2000, equipped with Cummins engine ISM, mixed with the main factors from the inland market. It can be called the leader.

SINOTRUK
According to the appearance, there seems no new product shown. One of the charge men of SINOTRUK said all the products they bring here are upgraded based on the former technical platform. New improved, upgraded technique is theme of SINOTRUK.

We know that this improvement of the product structure includes the chassis structure, engine, cab, the electric system, brake system and hanging system and other else totally 65 new techniques. This links SINOTRUK with the world level and realizes the max goal.

There are some other trucks such as Foton Auman ETX9 series, Hualing Trailer, Benz and so on. This auto shanghai 2007 is the biggest till now.
