China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co Is Likely To Be Listed In Hong Kong
China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co aims to raise more than $3 billion via an initial public offering in Hong Kong at the end of this month, the Shanghai Securities News reported, citing an unnamed source. The company is preparing for a listing hearing with the Hong Kong stock exchange, said the newspaper. China National Heavy Duty Truck, the country's third-largest truck maker, is Volvo's local partner and competes with Dongfeng Motor Group and FAW Group.
