China Commercial vehicle export in first 8 months
In the first eight months of this year, China continues to be in a favorable balance in the area of commercial vehicle trade.
According to data of the Customs, there were 204,800 commercial vehicle exported in the first 8 months which is 88.59% of the total volume of last year. Considering export volume, truck is still on the top.
There were good performances in segmented markets.
Cargo trucks were exported 145,900 units increased 52.63% y-o-y; trade volume is us$ 1.209 billion which is 122.19% of 2006. Light trucks less than 5 tons are the major force because of relative price advantage. Average export price of cargo trucks is us$ 8,287.625 30.09% more than 2006.
Tractors were exported 97,000 units which is 147.95% of 2006. Trade volume is us $ 0.332 billion, 250% of 2006. Average export price of tractors is us$ 34,269.06 66.02% more than 2006.
Dumpers were exported 78,000 units which is 101.42% of 2006. Trade volume is us $0.252 billion, 131.31% of 2006. Average export price is us$ 32,441.57 29.47% more than 2006.
Special purpose vehicles were exported 83,000 units which is 186.36% of 2006 of which crane vehicle, cement mixer and electric powered vehicle were mostly exported. Trade volume is Us $0.587 billion and average export price is Us$ 70,306.69.
