SIH truck market effect will be seen in 2009
SAIC-IVECO HONGYAN Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. exhibited its Power Tech & Tampa series heavy duty truck, which are co-developed by China and Italy. According to SIH Powertech and Tampa will be put into production in July and Nov which means that market effect of the merge will be seen in 2009.
SIH target sales volume in 2008 is 30,000 units to 35,000 units and target market share is 8.7% which is 2% percent higher than last year. Hampered by production capacity, SIH does not put much importance on sales volume and shareholders' interests come first to them. However, according to Mr. Yang Shuyi general manager of SIH, the 30,000 units sales target is not a big number for them.Views:0
