Huachen cooperates with Mercedes-Benz
(chinatrucks.com, July 16, 2010) Huachen and Mercedes-Benz will sign cooperative agreement in Shanghai on July 15th about the special vehicle agreement.
It is leaned by reporter that the truck business of Huachen Auto has been initiated. Huachen Auto has merged the truck manufactures from Henan and Jiangsu, and has taken respectively 50% and 51% shares of the two enterprises.
As for special vehicle, Huachen will cooperate with Mercedes-Benz to develop special vehicle business.
