Triangle group will cooperate with SINOPEC
(chinatrucks.com, August 9, 2010) Triangle group and SINOPEC have signed the cooperative agreement at Weihai on August 3rd, 2010. It is the initial cooperation for China type titan and China largest energy group.
Triangle group and SINOPEC will cooperate at technology, business, overseas market field and more than 10 aspects; meanwhile, the high level and each level annual meeting and non scheduled exchange mechanism shall be established.
According to the bilateral agreements reached, Triangle group and SINOPEC will integrate product, technology, service network and other resources of each other. It will promote the reasonable usage of bilateral resources, and balance of supply, as well as rubber tyre supply and new material supply.
