FAW JIEFANG Qingdao Holds 2013 New Products Promotion Meeting
www.chinatrucks.com: On Jan. 15th 2013, FAW JIEFANG Qingdao Automobile Co., Ltd. held its new product promotion meeting in Qingdao City. The dealers, service providers and refitting factory staff attended this meeting.
According to the different segment markets, FAW JIEFANG Qingdao promotes many special products, such as the tractors for transporting the coal, LNG products, 4X2 cargo trucks and 8X4 dumper trucks etc. In the promotion meeting, the new products contain V series products, natural gas products, special vehicles, light trucks.
In 2012, due to the macroeconomic environment influence, the trucks’ sales decreased sharply. For FAW JIEFANG Qingdao, it sold 66,617 units, with 7.22 percent of market share. Among them, there were 2,500 units of light truck products.
For the new year of 2013, FAW JIEFANG Qingdao aims at selling 71,000 units of medium & heavy trucks with 7.8 percent of market share; 12,000 units of light trucks. The introduction of J6M/J6L products helps to improve the quality control system.
