SAIC Enjoys Sales Increase in May
www.chinatrucks.com : SAIC released the latest business report on June 6th. As the report shows, the company manufactured 415300 vehicles in May and sold 404700, both increased by around 10%. In the first five months, the company maintained a 15% growth in both manufacturing and sales.
Among the three branch companies, SAIC Volkswagon sold 16.14% more cars in May with SAIC GM sold 11.13% more cars in the same month. While, SAIC GM Wuling is the top selling company of the three with 133900 vehicles manufactured and 131600 sold in May.
Passenger cars of SAIC enjoyed a 13.08% sales rise in the past month with 18200 units sold and 17700 manufactured.
The commercial vehicle selling also witnessed fast growth, considering they started at low numbers. SAIC IVECO Hongyan witnessed a 61.54% sales rise.
