JAC to Explore New-energy Product
www.chinatrucks.com: On the vehicle model announcement released by MIIT on September 12, JAC’s pure electric cargo truck chassis is on the list. JAC is going to explore the new energy market and launch a pure electric pickup.
The pickup is going to use the lithium iron phosphate produced by Shenzhen Optimum Battery with rated capacity within three hours being 5Ah. Seeing from the pictures in the accouchement, the new product uses two packages of battery. The drive motor model is GLMP25L1 with rated power 40kW (55hp) and peak power 80kW (100hp).
The cab is the same as the one of old Shuailing. Wheelbase is 3.815m, dimension (LxWxH) is 6.65x1.995x2.17m, the gross weight of the vehicle is 7.35t, curb weight 3.65t, rated load 3.7t, and the maximum speed is 90KM/h.
