Foton and Cummins Signed Euro VI Engine Development Contract

www.chinatrucks.com： Foton on Wednesday announced that, recently, the joint venture Beijing Foton Cummins Engine Co., Ltd. with 50% of its share signed the "Euro VI Engine Development Contract" with America Cummins.

The main content of their cooperation is that Foton Cummins and America Cummins will jointly develop 11-L and 12-L Euro VI engines for trucks. The engines will not only serve the high-end heavy tractors, but also pumper, mining trucks, large tonnage wheeled cranes and other products.

On the afternoon of April 8, 2014 US time, in the Cummins Research and Development Center in Columbus, Indiana (USA), Foton held "Auman GTL Heavy Truck Super Version Global Release" meeting, and also signed the contract.
