Wenzhou Tonghao Logistics Gets Scania Gold Award for 3 Million km Running
www.chinatrucks.com: Recently Wenzhou Tonghao Logistics Company was awarded gold prize for Scania "300 million km" of their Scania P380 heavy truck, and this is the fourth legend for no major overhaul for 3,000,000 km Scania truck. Scania started awarding activity for "Looking for Scania King of Highway", and any Scania trucker can run for over 2,250,000 km or 3,000,000 km can apply
for gold and silver plates from Scania.
Apart from four China heavy truck awarding gold prizes, there are many Scania heavy trucks awarding for over 2,250,000 km operation without major overhaul.
The Scania P380 heavy truck started to serve the fleet since December 2005, and it mainly transport leather products between Shuitou City and Guangzhou. Shuipi town is one of China four leather production bases and they produce 70% of the leather products in China, and 70% of the products will be transported to Guangzhou, and Wenzhou Tonghao Logistics Company takes 60% of the transport.
It is learned that Tonghao Logistics fleet's truck run for 16 hours each day and they have three drivers for each truck to run the truck one by one to improve efficiency.
