ISUZU VC46 Truck Launched in Shenzhen
www.chinatrucks.com: Three heavy trucks showed in Shenzhen on August 8 and one of them, VC46 truck which is developed by Qingling and ISUZU starts to sell in Shenzhen, and its price is higher than like domestic trucks, but much lower than imported trucks.
Qingling Auto and ISUZU set joint venture in Chongqing in 2011, and the technology development company integrates technicians from both parts and develop truck models which is suitable for China markets and train technicians in China. And the joint venture can produce engine cylinder, caps and axles and the two company can largely reduce costs and improve the competitiveness of the trucks.
"Compared with China made like products, VC46 can save fuel up to 20% and the overhaul is two to three times longer, " said senior management from Qingling and the annual output will amount to 30,000 units and the sales revenues can amount to over 10 billion Yuan.
