China Commercial Vehicles Production and Sales Report From Jan to August

www.chinatrucks.com: From Jan to August, China automotive industry produced 15,218,900 units and delivered 15,017,300 units of vehicles, up by 8.61% and 7.67% respectively year on year. And the production and sales of commercial vehicles were 2,557,100 units and 2,557,800 units, down by 3.94% and 5% respectively year on year.

And Chinese truck makers produced 2,182,300 units and sold 2,180,800 units of trucks, down by 5.46% and 6.76% year on year. Also, heavy trucks were produced 534,700 units and sold 527,700 units, up by 7.97% and 4.88%. Medium trucks were produced 162,200 units and sold 160,800 units, down by 18.13% and 19.09%. Light trucks were produced 1,143,600 units and delivered 1,147,600 units, down by 9.28% and 10.31% year on year. Micro trucks were produced 341,800 units and sold 344,700 units, down by 3.60% and 3.58% year on year.
