FAW Jiefang Releases New Generation of LNG Trucks in Taiyuan
On October 15, FAW Jiefang officially revealed its new generation of J6P LNG Trucks and Aowei LNG trucks with National VI Emission Standards in Taiyuan, Shanxi province.
J6P LNG Truck is equipped with Aowei 440 horsepower natural gas engine and has further improved its power performance. Compared with the diesel powered trucks, the new vehicle achieves a wider torque range from 1,100 rpm to 1,400 rpm and fully meets customers’ varied requirements.
To combat global warming and cut emissions of carbon dioxide, FAW Jiefang is set to further diversify its product line and provide more energy efficient power solutions for its customers across the globe.
In 2019, FAW Jiefang obtained China’s first permit for natural gas engines with National VI Emission Standards. Thanks to its relentless efforts in improving its development, design, production and testing, it now boasts a wide spectrum of vehicles with varied but highly environmentally power solutions.
