XCMG Celebrates the Tenth Anniversary Its production in Brazil
On June 6, XCMG's manufacturing base in Brazil marked its 10th anniversary of production, with the 23,456th product rolling off the assembly line.
On June 6, 2014, XCMG's manufacturing base in Brazil officially commenced production. This facility represents XCMG's first wholly-owned manufacturing base established overseas. As XCMG's largest overseas factory, the Brazil base was established with an investment of 300 million USD and has an annual production capacity of nearly ten thousand units of excavators, loaders, road machinery, and various other types of construction equipment.
As a global mining giant, Brazil's manufacturing base offers distinct advantages. The base here enabled XCMG to sign a significant agreement with Vale in May 2022 for bulk sales of various types of mining equipment.
In addition to its products, XCMG utilizes XCMG Bank in Brazil to provide financial services to downstream customers, thereby promoting equipment sales. They also offer services such as financing leases and consumer credit to Brazilian users.
