DeepWay Successfully Enter Middle East Market
Recently, DeepWay, an electric vehicle company based in Feixi, successfully exported its heavy-duty trucks to the UAE. The first batch of vehicles has been delivered to TruKKer, a leading digital freight network in the Middle East. This achievement makes DeepWay the first new truck brand to operate commercially overseas, marking the start of its global delivery journey.
Customized for the Middle East
DeepWay has leveraged its strong supply chain, excellent manufacturing capabilities, and a talented engineering team to design trucks specifically for the unique climate of the Middle East, which is characterized by high temperatures and humidity, as well as frequent point-to-point transportation needs.
The DeepWay Xingchen model can cover over 400 kilometers on a single charge, meeting the core operational needs of Middle Eastern customers. Its battery is designed to lower the vehicle's center of gravity, ensuring stability even at high speeds, which enhances driving safety. Additionally, the integrated thermal management system allows the truck to operate reliably in temperatures exceeding 40°C. These innovations enable the DeepWay Xingchen to adapt quickly to overseas markets and become the preferred choice for commercial operations in the Middle East.
In just three months, DeepWay went from signing a strategic cooperation agreement to launching commercial operations, demonstrating its quick response and effective execution. Looking forward, the company intends to utilize additional scenarios and manufacturing strengths to advance green freight initiatives in the Middle East and establish new industry benchmarks.
A Key Step in Global Strategy
Entering the Middle Eastern market is a crucial step in DeepWay's global strategy. Thanks to the strong industrial ecosystem and business environment in Feixi, DeepWay's headquarters, sales center, and smart factory for new energy heavy-duty trucks are located in the Feixi Economic Development Zone, enabling an annual production capacity of 100,000 new energy trucks. It is expected that the company will surpass 3 billion yuan in revenue in 2024. So far, DeepWay has delivered over 1,500 trucks, with an anticipated total delivery of nearly 3,000 trucks for the entire year.
In the future, DeepWay will continue to strengthen its leading position in the Chinese market while using the Middle East as a starting point to accelerate its global development strategy. The company aims to transition from a "Chinese company" to a "global company," supporting the rapid growth of the new energy vehicle industry in Feixi and across the province, and contributing to global sustainability and carbon neutrality goals.
