Dongfeng Huashen Exports First Batch of 20 Sanitation Trucks
WUHAN, China (chinatrucks.org) — Dongfeng Huashen shipped its first batch of integrated sanitation trucks to international markets on May 26, marking the company’s entry into the global specialized vehicle sector.
The shipment includes 20 vehicles—V3 water tankers and T5 garbage compactor trucks—equipped with Cummins engines and Fast gearboxes. All units feature English-language dashboards and labeling to meet overseas operating requirements.
Each truck carries Dongfeng Huashen’s updated VASOL brand logo and flag emblem, signaling a rebranding effort as the company targets global customers.
The vehicles departed in a convoy from Huashen’s facility in China, heading to their respective international destinations. The shipment is part of the company’s broader strategy to expand its presence in the sanitation and environmental services segment outside China.
Dongfeng Huashen, a subsidiary of Dongfeng Motor Corporation, said it plans to continue working with Dongfeng Import & Export Co. to develop specialized, scenario-based commercial vehicles for international markets.
