SANY Group and CCC Group Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
SANY Group and CCC Group have signed a strategic cooperation agreement following a visit by a senior CCC delegation led by Chairman Samer Khoury to SANY’s Kunshan Industrial Park. The visit marks a new phase in cooperation between the two companies.
During the visit, the two sides signed a strategic procurement agreement valued at USD 100 million, further strengthening their partnership and expanding future collaboration.
Senior executives from both companies attended the signing ceremony. Representatives from SANY included Peng Song, Director of SANY Group, along with several senior executives from the company’s heavy machinery, overseas business, and global key accounts divisions. CCC Group was represented by Chairman Samer Khoury, Equipment and Procurement Director Antoine Jurdak, and Shanghai Office Head Shirley Gu.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on global market development and business coordination. They also discussed potential cooperation in new energy products, an area expected to become an important focus of future collaboration.

Peng Song said the Middle East and North Africa remain key markets for global energy and chemical construction and hold strong strategic importance for both companies. He noted that SANY views CCC as a core strategic partner and aims to further deepen long-term cooperation.
According to Peng, both companies share similar goals in sustainable development, low-carbon growth, and green construction. He added that SANY’s capabilities in new energy equipment and its integrated “generation-grid-load-storage” solutions align closely with CCC’s project needs, creating a solid foundation for future collaboration.
The visit by CCC’s senior management represents an important milestone in the partnership and signals a new stage of development for the cooperation between the two companies.
Going forward, SANY’s strengths in construction machinery and new energy equipment, combined with CCC’s global project network, are expected to support broader collaboration in international markets, particularly in green infrastructure and energy projects.
CCC Group is one of the world’s leading international contractors and a major participant in energy and chemical construction projects in the Middle East and North Africa. Founded in 1950, the company has grown into one of the largest engineering and construction firms in the region. CCC employs more than 120,000 people and operates in over 40 countries worldwide.
