Heavy Trucks Delivered 732.9 Thousand in 2016

www.chiantrucks.com: On January 12, CAAM official data was released. According to the data, the sales of heavy trucks in 2016 is 732.9 thousand units. The sales of trucks has exceeded 318 thousand in December, including 75.3 thousand heavy trucks, which is less than that of 91.8 thousand units in November.
In last December, the trucks were produced and sold 358.8 thousand and 318.1 thousand, up by 13.39% and 7.17% month on month, up by 34.40% and 18.24% year on year.
Among them, semi-trailers were delivered 480 thousand units, up by 111.6% year on year.

Heavy trucks were produced 98.2 thousand units, up by 10.37% month on month and up by 1.3% year on year, which sold 75.3 thousand units, down by 18% month on month and up by 54.14% year on year.
Medium trucks were produced 36.9 thousand units, up by 58.90% month on month and up by 36.79% year on year, which sold 28.7 thousand units, up by 22.86% month on month and up by 7.78% year on year.
Light trucks were produced 167.5 thousand units, up by 17.39% month on month and up by 14.20% year on year, which sold 161.6 thousand units, up by 23.67% month on month and up by 11.53% year on year.
Micro trucks were produced 56.3 thousand units, down by 8.65% month on month and up by 10.45% year on year, which sold 52.5 thousand units, up by 3.05% month on month and up by 7.88% year on year.

In the whole year of 2016, trucks were produced 3.15 million and delivered 3.10 million units, up by 11.23% and 8.82% year on year.
Heavy trucks were produced 741 thousand and delivered 732 thousand units, up by 38.29% and 33.08% year on year.
Medium trucks were produced 231 thousand and delivered 229 thousand units, up by 13.43% and 14.29% year on year.
Light trucks were produced 1.55 million and delivered 1.53 million units, down by 0.23% and 1.20% year on year.
Micro trucks were produced 628 thousand and delivered 606 thousand units, up by 16.51% and 10.96% year on year.
