CIMC Dark Horse Carbon Steel Powder Tank Truck
CIMC Dark Horse is a brand under CIMC Qiangguan Bussiness Group. This is a carbon steel powder tank with a capacity ranging from 35 to 70 cubic metres. It has SHACMAN's head and CIMC Dark horse's tail.The head model is SHACMAN M3000S with an output of 460 horse power and Euro VI emissions.All steel selected are from large steel mills in China.For safety and beauty reasons, it uses mechanical welding.Dual inlet pipes are used here for more airflow and faster ash discharging.Here it is designed with two safety valves for security reasons.The safety valves open when there is too much pressure in the tank.Here it is a 17-inch aluminum alloy support leg.Dual inlet pipes are used here too.Here is the sampling port.Its axle is from CIMC Qiangguan.For a 35 or 38 cubic meters capability, a 10-ton axle would be fitted.Axle can vary according to different loading capacities.A water tank is fitted at the tail section to lower the temperature when braking.It is perfect for winding downhill or uphill in mountains. The discharging pipes is 8 meters long.There are four leaf springs for 35 and 38 cubic meters and more will be fitted for 40 cubic meters and above.
