Standing tall and powerful
What's DG101?
"Asia's highest" aerial platform fire truck
It is right behind me. It is 17 meters long, 2.55 meters wide, 4 meters tall and has a total weight of 65 tonnes.
With a maximum working height of 101 metres, it can meet the fire fighting needs in high-rise buildings. We can see that there are legs on each side to prop up the 6+3+1 extra-long combined boom. It takes 650 seconds for the working platform to expand and 40 seconds for the arm, ensuring high rescue efficiency. The cab is attached at the front. It complies with the vehicle height limits required by regulations and can travel freely in cities. It can shoot over 15 metres into the air when working height reaches 30m. In addition to rescue efficiency, the core reason why it offers high reliability and stability lies in its chassis. DG101 was built on Mercedes-Benz Arocs chassis. It can shoot over 15 metres into the air when working height reaches 30 meters. Sturdy chassis is the key to handle various firefighting task. The chassis is made of high-intensity steel and sturdy components that allow it to handle high-rise building firefighting and emergency rescue. We can see the height at which it's now working. if the hydraulic pump works at the same time, greater power from the chassis will be required. DG101 is equipped with OM473 engine with an output of 630 horse power. It can output high power continuously, providing stable and reliable guarantee for emergency rescue.

Mercedes-Benz original double PTO, unrivalled in the world.
The powertrain comes from the OEM, unlike third-party supplied powertrain that often fails. The full power PTO and transmission PTO are both from the original equipment manufacturer. The reliability they provide keeps us away from taking any chances with our lives. The stable technical guarantee is actually taken as an aim before it is designed. Functions like extention and swirl can run while PTO starts working to drive the high-power water pump. oNE hundred metres high there are firefighters While in the cab there is Mercedes AMT Transmission.
We are now in the cab and can see the power shift 3 AMT transmission. It is very easy to operate and helpful especially in an emergency case.
30 years ago, the first XCMG fire truck was built on a Mercedes-Benz chassis.
30 years later, the old partners assisted each other to achieve common success.
